Meet celebrity chef Jean-George Vongerichten at his eponymous One Michelin Star restaurant. He will also be cooking at Michelin Plate recognized Mercato. During this celebratory visit, Vongerichten will be adding seasonal dishes to both of his Shanghai venues' menus.
