As summer gives way to the autumn harvest seasons, The Peninsula Shanghai is pleased to present its latest culinary concept. Available daily until 30 November. The Lobby will offer an impressive unlimited dinner, serving a wonderful variety of meat and fish dishes curated by the Peninsula culinary team. Included is a selection of expertly prepared premium grade meats and high quality ocean-fresh fish and seafood. The ‘From The Land & Sea’ dinner is a true celebration of food.
The dinner menu will offer a selection of salads and soups to choose from, including zesty tomato and mozzarella or fresh green asparagus salads and a choice of sweet corn soup or Peking duck consommé. Entrées will include an unlimited assortment of globally sourced meats, including delicious Australian beef sirloin, rib-eye and flank steak, Mongolian lamb chops, Iberian pork ribs and young chicken cheese krainer sausages.
