June 30 Let's explore freediving in Shanghai.
Be an urban diver !
During the session, you will learn :
- how to hold your breath for more than two mins
- equalization technique for deep dive
- basic safety and first-aid knowledge
- an open-water session (dive no deeper than six m)

Participants who complete this two-day session will be certificated as AIDA level I freediver (with an E-certification card).   *AIDA : International Association for the Development of Apnea.
