The brand-new Cantonese restaurant is serving up a delicious and unique menu for New Year’s Eve. Appetizers include chilled foie gras with grapefruit, deep fried Yunnan mushroom rolls, Chinese yam with sweet and sour plum, deep-fried bombay duck fish with salt and pepper, sliced beef shank with palace sauce and Sichuan style chicken with sesame sauce. Main courses include roasted suckling pig with osmanthus honey (half or whole), double-boiled mushroom soup with New Zealand venison, wok-fried lobster with dried chili and black bean sauce, baked scallops with matsutake and cream sauce, steamed tiger garoupa with acacia seeds, simmered chicken in soy sauce, vegetable with seafood soup, and e-fu noodles with lobster soup. Dessert is a traditional sugar art dim sum platter. All prices are subject to a 10 percent service charge. It’s RMB4,488 per table for five people, RMB8,888 per table for 10 people.
