On Valentines Day, MAYA will be offering a special dinner set meal for you and your significant other. For RMB688 per couple, each individual will have a bowl of Chicken Tortilla Soup with black truffle and fresh cheese. Sharing Coconut Scallop Ceviche with pickled chilis and passionfruit
and Warm Seafood Salad with Avocado, Jicama, and fresh lime for appetizers. Main dishes include; Spicy Tamarind Glazed Halibut with Mexican Rice, Chickpeas, and Cilantro Relish and Ancho Crusted Duck Breast with sweet potato puree, pickled raisins, hibiscus reduction. And finally for dessert, we will serve stuffed churros with orange cream and chocolate dipping sauce. A glass of sparkling wine, cocktail, or alcoholic cocktail included.
