Contestants should send to us a selfie with their dessert and winners will be announced at the end of each month.

Rum... and raisins... These are the best friends that we decided to dedicate our chefs special dessert for this week.
Starting with a "Shanghai wet season" style soaking of some plump juicy raisins in Bacardi dark rum, we then extract some wonderful flavor from a handful of Madagascar vanilla pods to form the the base of the best Rum & Raisin Creme Brûlée that you' ve EVER had! Decorated with fresh berries and a masterpiece of handcrafted caramel art, this is our new chefs special dessert debuting this week! Come to Taste & See!
