Élan Library Description

As Shanghai's first English-language library for children, Elan Library houses over 5,000 print and audio books. Not your standard library, Elan Library encourages children to improve their reading ability. Children read at their own pace; upon finishing a book, they discuss it with the librarians and give a brief book report.
