Lan Xiang (Huangpu) Description

This Sichuan gem adds a touch of fusion to classic Sichuan cuisine. Their bo bo ji--sliced chicken--is both rich and flavorful; and the catfish with chilis and peppercorn is a whirlwind of spicy and numbing flavours; but to the black pepper beef, the chefs at Lan Xiang have added extra hints of raisin and cardamom.
