Yang's Fried Dumplings (Jing An) Description
Yang's shengjian bao has become the golden standard for Shanghai's
beloved pan-fried soup dumplings. Thick, chewy skin stuffed with pork
and sprinkled with sesame and spring onion, these soup dumplings are
filled with a rich soup and fried to perfect crispiness. 6rmb for 4 dumplings makes these a tasty cheap eat.
