Offering patrons a more playful side to the world of Cantonese fine dining, Canton Table is the signature Chinese restaurant inside Three on The Bund (also home to Mercato, Unico and Jean Georges). Interiors were created by luminary design duo Neri & Hu, echoing the Shikumen architecture, and Art Deco heritage of Shanghai.
In the kitchen, Chef Eason Man takes the requisite Cantonese luxuries like abalone, roasted suckling pig, and salt-baked chicken, and presents them in an contemporary manner alongside innovative cocktails.
