Aiming to be a hotpot restaurant with a healthier twist, Holy Cow uses 'never-frozen' beef, pesticide-free vegetables grown at their own farms and nutrient-rich hotpot broth that can be drunk on its own. A good place for getting one's five a day, or a low-carb healthy meal.
