WAWA·MAMA is the first Ecuadorian fine-dining restaurant in Asia, that develops the Ecuadorian experience by serving traditional and unique food and cocktails. Ancestral recipes much older than the Inka civilization, are the essence of our dishes with the magic touch from our Chef and Mixologist Miguel Monar who's also the Ambassador of his country's gastronomic brand: Exquisite Ecuador. In order to increase the genuine Ecuadorian experience, WAWA·MAMA also provides imported products of premium quality such as chocolate, coffee and paja toquilla hats in addition to an indoor flower shop, to immerse our worldwide guests in a magnificent and colorful Ecuador through multiple sensual indulgences such as vision, touch, smell and taste.
