Paris Bleu is a mid-range modern French bistro in Xintiandi, overseen by chef Jean Christophe Ansanay-Alex. Ansanay-Alex is also the head chef of Michelin two-star restaurant L'Auberge de L'ile in Lyon, France, so expect standards to be reasonably high.
