The Blending Room Description

The Blending Room, a partnership between High Class Spirits Co. (the creators of 白8 Baijiu) and Pudao Wines, is an opportunity to enjoy an all-encompassing spirits making experience, from distilling to blending to bottling. During this two-hour interactive class, guests are guided through the methods, ingredients and nuances that make gin, baijiu and other distilled spirits the unique alcoholic blends that they are.

Each persion will be given a work station with nine different distillates infused with a single ingredient, such as juniper, coriander seed, licorice, cassia and other mystery exotic ingredients. After learning about the flavors imparted by each, guests will work on developing their very own signature blend to bottle and take home. Each attendee will receive a 375ml bottle of their own blended spirit plus three 50ml bottles to give away as gifts to friends and family or enjoy for themselves.
