Ippudo, which originated from Hakata, Japan, has opened more than 80 stores worldwide. Shiramaru Mochi is the first ramen noodles created when Ippudo was first established.  It is prepared in a mildly rich pork-bone soup with Bode's traditional special noodles, topped with fatty char-grilled barbecued pork, black fungus, fresh sprouts and green onions.
