Top NYC steakhouse Wolfgang has its 14th outlet worldwide located in the north Bund area. Opened by father-son duo Wolfgang and Peter Zwiener, the restaurant has a couple dozen outlets across Asia and the United States but with a flagship on Park Avenue. It offers a menu which features three types of USDA Prime cuts steak, fresh seafood, succulent bacon and hearty salads, to local gourmets. The signature order here is the mammoth porterhouse which is dry-aged in-house for 28 days before arriving sizzling and swimming in juices and fat, meat both charred and buttery in all the right places. With a fully stocked wine cellar and mega-indulgent menu and a luxe dining room that's all rosewood and leather, a dinner here is the full old-school New York steakhouse experience.
