Opened by father-son duo Wolfgang and Peter Zwiener, the restaurant has a couple dozen outlets across Asia and the United States but with a flagship on Park Avenue. It offers a menu which features three types of USDA Prime cuts steak, fresh seafood, succulent bacon and hearty salads, to local gourmets. The signature order here is the mammoth porterhouse which is dry-aged in-house for 28 days before arriving sizzling and swimming in juices and fat, meat both charred and buttery in all the right places.
