Madison Kitchen is a New York-style delicatessen and sandwich shop by renowned local chef, Austin Hu. Constructed using artisanal housemade ingredients, Madison Kitchen's sandwiches involve a hearty portion of Hu's distinctive gourmet Americana style, with offerings like kimchi and four cheese grilled cheese sandwiches, roast beef sandwiches, meatball and mozzarella subs, and dark chocolate cookies with bacon chunks. 

Seating inside is limited, so expect to take out during peak times.
