Maison Lameloise Description

Maison Lameloise Shanghai is the first restaurant in Chinese mainland created by the world's celebrity chef Eric Pras with three Michelin stars after France. The legend of Maison Lameloise began in 1921 in a small town called Chagny in France. Pierre, Jean and Jacques Lameloise, three generations of chefs have accumulated and precipitated over a hundred years and brought the Michelin level to the world-the highest honor in this gourmet industry.

Today, this legendary history continues in the landmark building in Shanghai. In July 2021, Maison Lameloise Shanghai also celebrated its 3rd anniversary. The same quality combined with chefs' extreme cooking skills and aesthetics allows the guests to cross the distance and enjoy the same french cuisine.

This fall, the Executive Chef - Yann Klein and his team have picked the freshest and the top-quality local ingredients from the season, presented them in traditional french cooking methods to bring a new experience to diners who love Maison Lameloise with amazing taste.
