Shanghai Gymnastics Description

Shanghai Gymnastics has two fully equipped facilities with Floor, Beam, Bars, Vault, Tumble Track and Trampoline in Puxi and Pudong. All staff are trained and experienced coaches. Children of all ages and all levels are welcome. We teach kids of all ages's fundamental skills through a progression system focused on technique and motor ability. All classes are designed to develop a child's balance, agility, coordination, strength, flexibility and body awareness, as well as discipline, self-esteem and expression.
