Bundspace is a new co-working space for the creative industry on the North-Bund in Shanghai. Since 2010 we offer a supportive office environment that grows with your business' needs and helps you to extend your professional network.

- 3 minutes walk to metro 'Shanghai International Cruise Terminal' on line 12
- 5 minutes walk to the ferry to Pudong.
- 10 minutes walk to the Bund.

Our flexible co-working space are affordable at daily, weekly and monthly rates.
Prices are: 150 RMB per day, 400 RMB per week (instead of 600) and 1000 RMB per month (instead of 2000). Included is WIFI Internet, full reception service and free use of meeting rooms & event rooms.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT We offer several packages to support your business in its different stages, among which are: virtual office service, PR, marketing and sales support. Feel free to inquire any time, what services we can offer to help grow  your company.

UNIT OFFICES: Besides Hot Desks we offer Independent loft office units for those companies in need of substantial and private space in the 1929 renovated warehouse.

BUNDSPACE is partner of the Dutch Design Workspace Shanghai, which has successfully promoted Dutch Design in China since 2010, generating 50 jobs, hosting 250 professionals and 40 companies. In the past four years we have generated 4, 5 million EUR in marketing value and facilitated 2, 5 million EUR in foreign investment in China.

Since it opening, Bundspace is aimed at individuals and organisations from all nationalities and continues to cooperate with  DDWS.
