Aloft Hotels are the chic new hotels that put possibilities back into the travelers’ hands. Under the management of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., the brand entered Chinese mainland in 2008 and there are now five Aloft Hotels in operation.

The hotels are in Beijing, Foshan City in Guangdong Province, Hai’yang city in Shandong Province and Zhengzhou City in He’nan Province.

Designed by the prestigious Rockwell group and founded by David Rockwell, Aloft Hotels try to use as few walls as possible. The fundamental message behind their concept means no walls mean no limits. More space is created in order to allow energy to flow, personalities to mingle, and opportunities to arrive.

As boutique hotels tend to do, the brand mainly attracts young and fresh customers. The guestrooms soar nine-feet high, with plush platform beds, and walk-in showers with rainfall showerheads. Besides taking a good rest, customers may also relax in the hotel’s re:mix lounge, dine at re:fuel restaurant, exercise at re:charge sports center and have fun at wxyz bar.

The brand plans to open its branch in Guangzhou in 2014. Although it will be built in Panyu District, the hotel’s innovative design and reasonable price will certainly attract a number of customers.
