Although the Qianhai Special Economic Zone is still a new establishment, no time is being wasted when it comes to getting the area up and running.

As reported by Shenzhen Daily, the Qianhai Shenzhen Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub (aka E-Hub) is recruiting startup teams developing web, hardware and other creative projects. The program is aimed at facilitating early startups; if selected, you will get six months of free work space.

Here’s what you need in order to qualify:

  •  the company should have been established for more than five years.

  • the startup should have a legal representative.

  • entrepreneurs will be asked to explain their intellectual property rights and equity structure and have shares of the company.

“The teams can be those that have registered in Qianhai or agree to move to Qianhai after being accepted by us,” said Zeng Yixuan, one of the members of E-Hub.

You can submit an application directly at Qianhai E-Hub business unit or through one of the startup incubators that E-Hub cooperates with — SIAT, IDH, China Renaissance K2 Ventures, HOUDE, Youth Business Hong Kong and SVIIAP.

You can also apply via WeChat (ID: qianhaiehub) or by email meng.gu@siat.ac.cn. Please include your team resume, cover letter, business plan and other supporting materials.

Good luck!
