Recently, Ming Court upgrades the menu and launches ‘The Superior Chinese Set Menu,’ featuring precious ingredients such as abalone, sea cucumber and bird’s nest. The signature dishes that you cannot miss are: Minced shrimp enrobed in grouper, which was the silver winner of Hong Kong Tourism Board Best of The Best Culinary Awards in 2009, Chilled abalone and jellyfish, fried rice and egg, braised sea cucumber and grains with abalone sauce, deep-fried glutinous rice ball with bird's nest, salted egg yolk and sesame, seasonal fresh fruit platter and so on. The set menu is RMB699 per person.
