'Sunflower chicken' are fed with fresh sunflowers and their leaves and drink juice extracted from sunflower stems. Their flesh tastes sweet and tender, providing more Vitamin E than ordinary chickens. Ming Court's chefs prepare this exceptional poultry without any sauces, keeping the original flavor. A whole chicken is sold at RMB588 and half of a chicken at RMB388.
