Today, Chinese basketball star turned conservationist Yao Ming subjected himself to the Reddit tradition of Ask Me Anything (AMA), fielding a variety of questions from Reddit users ranging from the intriguing to the mind-numbingly inane.

Yao's answers similarly varied from mono-syllabic ejaculations ("Steak!" "Whales!") to extended philosophical ruminations.
