A man with no drivers license (oh, and no arms) was caught by police after driving 160,000 kilometers... without ever having had an accident.

Wo Guo, 45, lost his arms at the age of seven when he went to cut grass to feed a horse, and accidentally touched high voltage wires with his scythe.

It didn't deter Wo from getting behind the wheel. He used his left foot to control the steering wheel, while simultaneously changing gears and cutting the ignition with his right foot.

He was eventually pulled over this week by police manning a randomized breath test in Xiantao City in central China’s Hubei Province, who were stunned to be greeted by a black car containing a man missing limbs.

While authorities conceded Wo was quite skilled, they pointed out that he was breaking driving regulations. He will be fined RMB2,000 (US$322) and be detained for up to 15 days.

Wo admitted he did not have a drivers license, but added that he had never had an accident to date.

This is not the first time armless men have completed amazing feats with an armless teenager completing the gaokao last month.
