WATCH: Chinese Boy Trapped on Elevator After Peeing on Buttons

Security camera footage of a boy becoming a victim of his own prank is going viral in China. 

The video, captured on February 23, shows a boy getting trapped on an elevator in Chongqing after urinating on the control buttons. 

At the beginning of the video, the naughty prankster is shown unzipping his pants to pee on the buttons. 

As the boy prepares to exit the lift, the lights suddenly turn off and the buttons begin to malfunction. The boy appears to panic after the doors fail to open.

Local media report that the boy was later rescued by maintanence staff and unharmed.
