Winter may seem a while away, but Great Leap Brewing is already planning for a festival to keep you warm.
After the success of last year’s inaugural Beijing Invitational Craft Beer Festival, GLB is hosting a second event on November 6, 7 and 8 at TRB's stunning new event space, Copper.
Beer connoisseurs rejoice – this festival is not a free-for-all / 'let’s-get-drunk' session. Rather, the festival focuses on bringing some new international brewers to Beijing's refined craft beer enthusiasts. Prices have yet to be announced (last year it was in the RMB250-400 range), with each guest receiving a 150ml branded glass for free-flow beer samples and canapés by TRB throughout the two-hour sessions (there will also be a specially designed five-course brunch paired with limited edition beers on the weekend of the festival).
Guests have the opportunity to meet the brand creators and brewmasters themselves, which includes at least 20 international breweries and five local Chinese brands. The line up currently features Baird brewing of Japan, Victory of Philadelphia, Epic Brewing Company of Denver, Revolution Brewing of Chicago, Moon Dog Brewing and Mountain Goat Brewing of Australia.
Stay tuned for ticket information (including some special discounts for early birds). For questions or more information please contact lucia@greatleapbrewing.com
