Kerry's Kitchen has just launched a southeast asian menu curated by Executive Chef Ben Lee, a culinary virtuoso from Shangri-La Rasa Ria in Malaysia, from 18 February to 17 March,2024.A native of Malaysia, Executive Chef Ben Lee from Shangri-La Rasa Ria offers over 18 years of experience in Southeast Asian cuisine . While upholding traditional cooking techniques, Chef Ben continually innovates and presents the cultural richness of Southeast Asian dining through his authentic culinary in using simple ingredients, Chef Ben skillfully pairs complex spices and seasonings, as well as unique cooking methods, to present authentic Malaysian cuisine.
