While upholding traditional cooking techniques, Chef Ben continually innovates and presents the cultural richness of Southeast Asian dining through his authentic culinary in using simple ingredients, Chef Ben skillfully pairs complex spices and seasonings, as well as unique cooking methods, to present authentic Malaysian cuisine.
