We’re going to break with tradition a bit & go fusion with our alternative Thanksgiving Brunch taking place on Sunday, November 26th (10am – 2pm), offering you a delightful blend of old and new flavours! We’ll also welcome our small friends for a Kids Gratitude Corner and fun holiday activities.
Besides a traditional turkey with stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce, we will incorporate Chinese flavours and ingredients to our Thanksgiving brunch buffet, such as a spinach artichoke dip served with Xinjiang Naan bread, creamy sweet potato mash with Chinese 5 Spice, Harvest Vegetables Ma La Xiang Guo, as well as a plant-based Meatloaf with Hoisin Sauce.
Our Sunday-Brunch classics will also be part of the buffet, including our wide selection of cheeses and cold cuts, smoked salmon, freshly baked bread and croissants etc.
