If you are looking for inspiration in your food endeavor, join us to meet Ray Yue Heng, the mastermind behind Pebbles (Lama Temple area) and El Mercadito (Shunyi). Seeking inspiration from Latin-American flavors is what moved Ray to dabble into Mexican food.

His endeavor has been a discovery of his own capabilities, maturing his passion from scratch, introducing traditional flavors with a modern twist and offering Beijing's largest tequila and mezcal collection. “My knowledge of Mexican food grew like it was on steroids from then on,” Ray shares with us.
