Flips & Kicks Plus are happy to announce our new KARATE classes in proud cooperation with Daystar academy in San Li Tun.

Come and have fun and stay active with top coaches. Learn the genuine art of Karate-Do. We focus on Goju Ryu, Naha-te. Learn self-defence, discipline and focus. With the help of Karate strengthen other sports and aspects of your life. Coaches speaks both English and Chinese. All classes are conducted in the spirit of Flips and Kicks Plus with the emphasis on FUN!
