Great Leap Brewing is proud to announce the fourth installment of our Chef and Brewer series with the TRB Group. This edition of our Chef and Brewer series will take place on Saturday, May 27th, at 7:00pm at TRB Copper.

We are hosting this Chef and Brewer dinner to celebrate the release of our 2017 Wall Builder Imperial Stout, the fourth beer to be released from Great Leap Brewing’s Great Wall Barrel Program. Whereas the first batch of Wall Builder was the inaugural batch of beer from our Barrel Program, the second batch of the Wall Builder is actually blended with the 2016 Barrel-Aged Beer Dictator and further aged in scotch barrels. The result is an extremely unique beer with notes of roasted malt and chocolate in combination with a complex flavors picked up from the barrels and a smooth, warming alcoholic finish.

For the release of the 2017 Wall Builder Imperial Stout, we have partnered once again with the great gastronomic minds of TRB to host the first Chef & the Brewer event of the 2017 calendar year. Like previous Chef & Brewer events, TRB will be preparing a gluttonous 5-course meal that we will pair with some of the most special beers Great Leap Brewing has to offer, as well as the main course being prepared specifically to match with our 2017 version of the Wall Builder. The event will take place at 7pm on the night of May 27th at TRB Copper. Each ticket includes a wonderful five-course dinner, beer pairings, unlimited pours of the Wall Builder, as well as one bottle of the 2017 Wall Builder Imperial Stout to be taken home. Unlike previous Great Leap bottle releases, this special edition bottle will ONLY be available at this dinner. This bottle will not be available in stores, but only at the event. So, if you want to taste the newest creation from the Great Leap Brewing Barrel Program, you’ll have to join us for dinner on May 27th. 

Dinner will be served at TRB Copper starting from 7:00pm on Saturday, May 27th. Tickets are 438rmb for Great Leap Collectivists and 488rmb for friends.
