Carmen Restaurant is one of the oldest Spanish restaurants in Beijing and its recipes and ingredients are a synonym of both quality and experience. Its white colour decoration with green windows, chairs and benches transports the clients to an Andalusian patio without moving them from the heart of expats district of China’s capital. The atmosphere gets even more authentic during live music nights when guests are entertained by a group of professional guitarists. Gazpacho is a must order as well as the huge selection of cold and hot tapas. It has also delicious paella for two, prawns sizzled in garlic and olive oil and suckling pig. Among the drinks, there is typical homemade sangria, along with a big selection of Spanish wines.
