F45 Training is holding a free outdoor fitness session that's open to all levels of fitness. Sign up for free by scanning the QR Code in the flyer and make sure to bring a bottle of water, a towel, a mat and gloves (optional). Meet at mammamia by the lake at Xing Zhou Street near Hubin Lu. There will also be free drinks and food after the workout at mammamia Italian restaurant.
