The fear of public speaking is something that can seriously hold you back in your professional life. We all know the feeling: the butterflies in your stomach, the stuttering, nervous shakes, cheeks going red. All of these things contribute to you not doing as well as you know you can and it is incredibly frustrating. Thankfully, there is a solution.

Here at C_Life Advanced Toastmasters Club, we know just what it takes to overcome your public speaking fear, and we are here to help you every step of the way. Come and join us at our anniversary event for a fun afternoon of learning, where we help to improve your public speaking skills through team building games, networking and competition.

This anniversary also provides the perfect place for networking, enabling you to meet experienced communicators from our other toastmaster clubs.

And as a special treat we have invited Channel  21, Suzhou's international improvisation group, to perform an exciting improv show and to teach you how to become a master of improv yourself.

Come down to the Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University at Suzhou Industrial Park on Sunday September 9 at 3pm and take the first step to overcoming your fears.
