Elba, at the St. Regis Shenzhen, will be embracing the joy of Easter this April with a series of delectable Italian dishes.
Perched on the 99th floor of the St. Regis building, Elba offers good food, fine wine and fun in the sky.
Elba’s celebrated chef, Giovanni, will be preparing a 4-course Easter set menu for guests, including highlights like baked spinach and ricotta cheese with quail eggs and tomato brunoise, as well as pumpkin soup with white truffle oil and sautéed chick peas.
