Described by the venue owners as their biggest show since their one year anniversary, we are also extremely thrilled to be welcoming three fantastic producers to Shenzhen this month. Batu, Bristol-based and owner of Timedance label, was named amongst Mixmag’s top 20 DJs of 2017, while Ploy’s insatiable bongo-based tunes, as on Ramos / Roy’s Rolls, are instant dancefloor crackers. Beijing-raised, London-based object blue, on the other hand, is a woman rising to the top of the global experimental scene at the moment, thanks to fantastic releases on Tobago Tracks and Let’s Go Swimming in 2018.
We’re giving away one pair of tickets to see Batu, Ploy and object blue at Oil this April. For a chance to win, share this post on your Moments with the caption #ThatsShenzhen #Batu. Send the screenshot to our official WeChat account (ThatsShenzhen), along with your name and phone number.
