On December 29, the Shangri-La Hotel Guangzhou hosted The Night of Malaysia Food Gala. 

The event was held to intensify the bilateral trade between Malaysia and China and promote Malaysian foods and products, and was organized by the Commercial Department of Consulate General of Malaysia in Guangzhou.

Besides offering authentic Malaysian foods like satay chicken and spring rolls, several famous Malaysian brands presented their food-related products during the event.
