Christmas is quickly approaching! It’s time to start those holiday party preparations to make sure this expat Christmas is spent together with those who matter most. Thankfully, you don’t have to worry about finding the right venue or preparing an elaborate menu for a holiday dinner. This year, leave all the preparations to Hotel Jen Beijing. They’re offering holiday packages especially designed for large groups, so friends and family can get their mifan, without all the mafan.
For starters, Hotel Jen’s buffet restaurant San Wu Tang has prepared three festive combo-meals to impress your guests. Available for a minimum of 12 people, they come complete with table decorations, so all you’ll have to do is to enjoy the food – and the company. For a simple but effective gathering, choose the Great Basics menu (RMB228/person), that includes all of San Wu Tang’s signature buffet offerings plus some specials like the King Tiger Prawn with Supreme Soy Sauce, Garlic and Glass Noodles with Giant Scallop and Grilled Australian Steak Fillet.
If you want to level up, go for the Big Happiness package (RMB338/person) and get an additional menu of dishes ranging from Wok-Fried Boston Lobster with Ginger and Onion to Braised Dalian Abalone with Supreme Soy Sauce. For more formal get-togethers, San Wu Tang has prepared the Deluxe Reunion package (RMB488/person), featuring large plates to share and individual menus. Menu highlights include Chef Jenny’s Lobster and Tuna Pancake, Chicken Soup with Abalone and Wok-Fried Boston Lobster. The package also includes 2 hours of free-flow craft beer, house wine, soft drinks and juice. Add drink packages that include craft beers from Beersmith and you have your Christmas dinner party sorted!
Speaking of, Beersmith is also debuting new special menus this holiday season. Their Jolly Good X'mas Party combo features a whole roasted Christmas turkey with chestnut and raisin stuffing. For less traditional (but just as festive) gatherings, guests can opt for the Celebrate Big menu, complete with hearty dishes like Baked Boston Lobster with Cheese, Crispy Pork Knuckle and Grilled Australian T-Bone. The All-Time Favorites menu is instead loaded with Beersmith’s most popular dishes like Grilled Tiger Prawns with Chimichurri, Porter-Marinated Black Pork Ribs and their Grilled Sausage Platter.
But if you’re mainly here to drink cool beers in good company, Beersmith selected a number of mouthwatering snacks for a lighter menu. All these come with free-flow craft beer and house wines, along with sweet desserts like Chocolate Lava Cake and Marble Cheesecake.
Whether you’re looking for an upscale restaurant with a CBD view or a more laid-back gastropub as the setting for your holiday get-together, Hotel Jen Beijing has you covered.
