Remember the opening of the new Toy Story Land at Shanghai Disney that we reported a couple of weeks ago? Well, it turns out there's more to the story because there's now a Toy Story-themed plane, Mashable Asia reports.

To commemorate the opening of the latest themed land at Shanghai Disney, the resort partnered with China Eastern Airlines to unveil their new plane to the public on April 28. The aircraft will fly between Shanghai and Beijing, and is expected to extend to additional cities including Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Chengdu in the future.

Although this plane is the fourth collaboration between China Eastern Airlines and Disney, the Toy Story-themed aircraft is the first one in Chinese mainland which is fully decorated on both the outside and inside.

The Toy Story experience commences way before takeoff. At the airport, tourists can easily spot their favorite characters from the classic cartoon at the departure terminal. Even the crew are wearing Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear and Minnie Mouse headbands to get into the spirit of it all.

Looking down the tarmac, you basically can't miss the plane which features Buzz Lightyear and Woody.

Even the interior of the plane is chock full of Toy Story-themed décor and design. From the tray tables to the seats to the luggage racks and ceiling, there is an abundance of illustrations of Andy’s toy friends. According to China Eastern Airline, the televisions also play commercials of the all-new Toy Story Land at Disney Resort.

It certainly looks like a fun flight onboard the Toy Story plane. One well worth considering if your little ones are still fans of the franchise or enjoy a colorful journey. I guess all we have left to say is “To infinity and beyond.”
