Are you ready for a Night at the Taste Museum? Starting at 7.30pm on Friday, March 30, Hatchery’s first concept, Buena Onda, is making its anticipated return, and the team behind Beijing’s culinary incubator will be putting on a very special five-course tasting menu for one night only. Come for a night of specially created bites paired with delicious drinks.
