The Ritz-Carlton in Beijing is pleased to announce the Thai Cuisine Festival, from June 11 till June 20, at all-day dining restaurant, Greenfish.

Each day, a Bangkok guest chef will present authentic Thai delicacies to Beijing diners. He will provide more than ten signature items. From appetizers, hot food and soup, to main dishes and desserts. This includes Tom Yam Goong: fragrant green curry with chicken, spicy salad of freshly cooked seafood, Thai marinated roasted chicken and sticky rice with fresh Thai mango and coconut sauce. In addition to mouthwatering dishes, the ethnic decoration and Thai music will delight guests with an enchanting experience of a “Journey to Thailand."

During the festival, guests will have a chance to win prizes such as round-trip air tickets from Beijing to Bangkok and luxurious accommodations at The Ritz-Carlton in Koh Samui or Phulay Bay.
