Shuck Off, China’s largest international oyster festival, will be coming to Beijing May 29-30. Oyster Champions from around the world will be taking over the oyster bars at C Pearl Yansha. Expect fun oyster shucking competitions, Chinas North Regional Finals and oyster 101 lead by experts. C Pearl will be offering buy 1 get 1 on oysters, half price on Cloudy Bay clams.
