You can try their pear, rocket and blue cheese salad with pine nuts and honey balsamic dressing, a fresh entrée with all the ingredients of the season. The poached organic egg with sautéed spinach, asparagus and hollandaise sauce combines nutrients and flavor plus a dash of springtime freshness to the smooth texture of the poached organic egg. Continue with a roasted lamb shank with sautéed carrots, green peas, peppers and thyme jus and with a moreish dark chocolate mousse with berry compote served in... You guessed it, an Easter egg.
