Nowadays, more and more people are practicing sports and fitness. Proper exercise after work is an effective way to enhance physical fitness and maintain good health. However, injuries caused by overdoing exercise are common in our daily lives. Starters in fitness are more likely to ignore some important details.
In this lecture Mr. Stephen Chen, Director of the Ciming Oasis Sports Medicine Center, will give out some advice on:
- Common misunderstandings of sports
- Self protection exercices before and after exercise
- Correction of body posture
- Scientific training measures and methods
- Self rehabilitation methods for common problems at work
