Although Lantern Festival marks the last day of Spring Festival and traditionally ends the Chinese New Year festivities, we promise you there is no reason for sadness and post-holiday blues.
To cheer you up on the very last day of Chunjie, Cafe Zarah teamed up with Jing-A, is throwing a Lantern Festival celebration with a red theme.
The whole of Cafe Zarah, including their beautiful outdoor courtyard, will be decorated with red lanterns, and some of Beijing’s best DJs will keep your mood high with underground beats.
Dance under the lantern lights or snuggle up under a blanket below the outdoor heating lamps and sip a spicy hot cup of Zarah's special mulled wine from the garden bar.
The beer lovers can enjoy a pint of Jing-A's Koji Red Ale, a 5.5 percent blushing red ale brewed with Koji sake rice, wasabi root and ginger, poured from the taps with a buy one get one offer until the kegs run dry.
Last but not least, red shots specially crafted for the evening will be served - all on the house!
