Absolutely horrible customer experience... from the waiter all the way to Johnny himself. Absolutely disappointing since I was a regular for over a year thanks to one kind waitress. After she left, horrible experience with the waiters, host, and owner. Rude. Don't forsee this business kicking for much longer unless everyone gets an attitude check.
