Jan 9: TNT Theater Romeo and Juliet

TNT Theater is back in Tianjin to reenact Shakespeare’s classic Romeo and Juliet. Enjoy the British ensemble’s rendition of this heart-wrenching tale of two star-crossed lovers in all the explosive uniqueness of TNT Theater’s productions.

Jan 10-13: Magician's White Gloves

Handmade entertainment is the new entertainment. ‘Magician’s White Gloves’ is the title of a one-of-a-kind stage performance by the St. Petersburg Hand Made Theatre, an ensemble specialized in physical theater, where the actors’ hands and other body parts create a narrative and do all the action without uttering a word. The show is guaranteed to be a groundbreaking experience for adults and children alike.

Jan 25: Canon Piano Recital

The well-traveled, millennial piano superstar Yu Boyang will exhibit his talent at the Tianjin JInwan Grand Theater in a recital featuring all the piano classics we know and love. Take your time to appreciate this young talent as he brings to life some of the most iconic – and challenging – piano pieces ever written, including compositions by Debussy, Liszt and Mozart.

Jan 27: You Are a Pianist

Professional pianist Li Weijie has put together a multimedia concert catering to children that are passionate about Western classical music and its history. Through animation, narration and of course a lot of music, he’ll take listeners young and old on a journey through the centuries to discover the work of the greatest composers that ever lived.

Pour-over Coffee Experience
