Located on the second floor of the Westin, QBa sees the rough brilliance of Havana and Trinidad transplanted onto Tianjin. Heavy on Latin-inspired ornaments and decor – think pre-Castro nostalgic Cuba – and we’ll give you one guess what drink we were recommend. Yes, it’s a Mojito (although the Caipirinha is not bad either) and it’s served in a setting that oozes hotel chic without feeling stifling or pretentious. The fact that you can play Nintendo Wii on a gigantic screen is also a major draw to the place – we got into a game of bowling that lasted for almost two hours and a good few rounds of drinks – and so is the quick service and more than decent bar food.
